Who is your favorite fictional AI?

I think mine is Poe, he is the artificial intelligence owner of the Raven Hotel in the Netflix series Altered Carbon. Poe has shown an interest in humans, stating to other AIs that he finds them fascinating. He takes great pride in being the proprietor of the Raven Hotel where studying humanity has become his greatest aspiration.

Mine would be Sonny from I, Robot. Poe is amazing. But in the case of Sonny, we see AI becoming more human-like.

Agent Smith from the Matrix is my favorite fictional AI. He is a formidable villain to most, but for me, he is a compelling anti-hero. I admit, his deep-seated hatred for humanity is chilling. Yet, his relentless pursuit of his purpose makes him a fascinating character! Agent Smith's journey to find his true purpose is a classic example of a young AI, or even what humanity should aspire to be: always in search of one's purpose ?

Poe is so totally awesome, and totally worthy of being top of this list. Murderbot is the first that occurs to me, but they have biological components, and I believe a biological brain, so probably don't count...
My favorite fictional AI is my now non existent personal assistant It's my biggest wish
'Altered Carbon' is good television
