Blockchains, bank accounts and other access control stuff will be just fine. Post quantum science is far along and standards are evolving. On the contrary, data of long term relevance are currently facing a lot of pressure from these "retroactive decryption" or "archive" attacks where stolen data is harvested for later use. There is a rush for quantum resistance there indeed. National secrets is much discussed example but sometimes I'm wondering how much private encrypted data of everyday people will be used for blackmailing and other dark purposes.
