"You better starve than eat whatever.
And better be alone than with whoever."
– Omar Khayyam

These ancient words feel so relevant today. In a world overflowing with digital content and constant online connections, it’s easy to consume everything and connect with everyone. But is that really nourishing us?

✨ Are we filling our minds with wisdom, or just noise?
✨ Are our relationships truly meaningful, or just many?

In the age of AI and information overload, the real skill is discernment: choosing quality over quantity, both in what we consume and in the people we engage with.

Being intentional about our learning, relationships, and digital habits isn’t just wise, it’s essential for growth, well-being, and success.

Yes, I agree with that. I would like to add something: It might be easier to connect with people online, yet many—especially young people—still suffer from loneliness, both despite and because of their online contacts. But "real life" often isn’t much better. In a way, it seems we’ve unlearned how to truly listen to one another, that's at least my personal experience.
