<p>I think not only political leaders, all the <strong>elites</strong> in <strong>all sector</strong> are the problem. </p>
<p>In my view, societial problems are usually seeded by bad social-, economic-, and political systems that allocate decision-making power so that individuals' values don't turn into collective action. One manifistation of it is certainly incompetent leaders. </p>
