Teleoperators, financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare providers etc brought their legacy available through digital means. In this world, your entire service is your trusted brand. You hope they take care of your data, expand their offerings and continue to let you use the service. The real content lives inside these centralized entities and the client side digital infra is just an interface to communicate. </p><p>As technology is now pushing the control to the edges, the roles are turning around so that the brands are becoming primarily non-mandatory interfaces while the users (from a full node to cell phone) interact directly with the real content with inclusive accountability. Do you think this might change the practices of how we consume digital services in general?
